Greece and Turkey have announced greater economic cooperation ahead of plans to meet at this month’s NATO summit. Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said they would work to improve on a range of shared issues from transport to energy, the environment, tourism and trade. The two NATO members came close to armed conflict last year and have had serious disputes on energy exploration and maritime rights in the Eastern Mediterranean.
