A new party is targeting Muslims from Germany’s Turkish diaspora. Dava – Democratic Alliance for Diversity and Renewal. Currently in Germany, there are around 1.5 million people of Turkish origin registered to vote – and many of them have never really felt at home in the traditional parties. But the party does not enjoy unanimous support, and is suspected of having links with Turkish President Erdogan’s AKP.
